Mahiki
Mahiki Bar in Piccadilly is one of Britain's first Tiki bars, the South Seas theme bars that have been popular in the States for years. This one is the latest project of London nightlife kings Piers Adams and Nick House. Working the Hawaiian vibe with sheaves of bamboo, seashell hangings, rattan walls and exotic plants, this stylish subterranean bar and club dishes up tropical cocktails.
There are intimate areas for private parties and the music moves from soothing background to groovy dance tracks. A refreshing change from those over styled celebrity hang-outs, Mahiki is fabulous tropical hideaway where you can order a pineapple filled pina colada and still hold your head high. Kitsch and fun!
